A rare pair of hand painted Satsuma vases portraying hanging wisteria.  It is unusual to find wisteria on its own as decoration, especially on miniature vases of this size.  The vases are approximately 9.5 cm high and come with wooden stands.

This is an exquisite ceramic bowl with lid in excellent condition.  It is hand painted with water lilies and lotus flowers.  It is 4.5 cm high (7 cm with lid) x 9 cm in diameter (lid 10.2 cm).  There is a slight flaw on the inside of the bowl as can be seen in the pictures which is from production.

Superbly crafted, fine Satsuma vases. They are 14.5 cm high. Both vases have been repaired at the rims and the right hand vase has a repair at the foot.

This is an Japanese earthenware plate with the embossed picture of a man in a Kimono holding a type of fan.  The plate is 31.3 cm in diameter and has a couple of light cracks as can be seen in the pictures. It is otherwise in very good condition. It is beautifully detailed and the colours are bright. It weighs 1.8 kilos.
