Roamer Curvex Style Watch With 2 Tone Dial c.1930s

This is an original Roamer Standard curvex style watch in good condition and working order. It has a 17 Jewels manual wind movement which has just been cleaned and serviced.  It has a gold plated bezel with a stainless steel back and fixed lugs. The dial (3 cm x 2 cm)  is in good condition with a few small stains and minor finish loss around the edges only. The convex crystal has come scratch marks.  The watch is fitted with a new leather strap.

This is a typical cushion style 1930's watch in good condition and working order.  The enamel dial (2.8 cms) is signed "Watches Ltd. This special Swatch was made for the Year of the Ox, 2009 and is called 'Bull's on Parade'.   It is mint and boxed.  The watch has a  transparent clear silicon strap with several different views of a powerful ox drawn in bold strokes of black ink and coloured in grey and white. For cal. 260,  there are 5 unused and still sealed in their little containers the part no. 1246.  They come in the original cardboard box which which would have had 10 pieces originally.  There are also 5 parts which are unused but of unknown make.   The  box is 3.5 cms x 2.5 cm x 2.5 cms.
